NeoMutt is a community fork of the Mutt mail client that integrates many long-standing patches into a single maintained codebase, with additional features such as native notmuch search integration, sidebar pane support, and improved IMAP and SMTP handling.

It is the standard terminal mail client for users on modern Linux systems who want IMAP, GPG, and threaded reading without leaving the terminal.
