GDM

GNOME Display Manager — the GNOME desktop's login screen.

GDM is the graphical login manager shipped with the GNOME desktop environment. It supports X11 and Wayland sessions, PAM authentication, user switching, automatic login, and integrates with systemd-logind.

It is the default display manager on Fedora Workstation, Ubuntu, and most GNOME-based distributions.
